Delete your Brainote account

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Brainote AI and sign in.
2. Open Settings (gear icon on the home screen).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again for security.

Without the app

Email theanemonelab@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Brainote account (for Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us the private relay address) with the subject "Delete my Brainote account". We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identifiers.
• All your notes, folders, imported files, recordings, transcripts, quizzes, flashcards, mind maps and podcasts.
• Your subscription status stored by us.

Deletion from our servers is immediate; remaining copies in backups are erased automatically within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example accounting records of purchases) are kept only for the required period. Analytics events are deleted on request.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
